Submitting a booking request does not secure your date. I review each enquiry, check availability and confirm the scope and price.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Deposit instructions are sent by bank transfer through the booking process, not on public pages. The booking is confirmed only after I manually verify the deposit.
After a quote is approved, the deposit and remaining balance are shown. The balance due date is confirmed with you (owner's decision).
Enquiry received — date not secured · Quote approved — awaiting deposit · Booking confirmed — deposit received · Completed · Cancelled.
Delivery turnaround, travel charges, file inclusions and any VAT wording are to be confirmed by Ziri Media before launch.
