This notice explains how Ziri Media handles the information you provide. The wording below is a draft for the owner's approval before public launch.
When you send a booking enquiry, I collect the details you submit — your name, email, phone number, preferred date, location and brief. Enquiries are stored securely to respond to and manage your booking.
Your details are used only to respond to your enquiry, agree a quote, and manage any confirmed booking. I do not sell your data.
Public image versions on this site have location metadata removed. Original files are kept privately.
The site counts page visits anonymously (page, device type and where the visit came from) using a random ID stored in your browser — no name or email. If Google Analytics is switched on, it only loads after you accept the cookie banner.
You can ask me to update or delete your enquiry details at any time by contacting me.
Retention periods, contact email and any analytics wording are to be confirmed by Ziri Media before launch.
